How do I navigate to my Dashboard?

At the top right-hand side of the page click on your username (usually your email). This will bring you to your dashboard or click on the Watch Matrix logo.

How do I navigate to the Search Matrix?

The landing page after logging in is the Search Matrix, where you can pull specific brands or models for sale across the internet. To get here from the Dashboard, click the profile icon → Edit Profile (you’ll see an error) → then click on the WatchMatrix.App link.

How do I search the Matrix?

To search for items, use the drop-down arrow and select the Brand. To refine your search, add a keyword or model into the search field. To change Brands, select the new Brand and click the double arrows.

How do I create an Advanced Search in the Matrix?

On the Search Matrix page, click the gear icon. You can customize your search by price, brand, and model, then click Search.

How do I create an Alert?

Click on the Triangle with (!) in the middle, then select Add/Edit Alerts. Type the brand and model you want to receive alerts on, and click Save Alerts. When a new listing surfaces, you will receive a notification.

How do I create a search where a live person is finding me specific pieces for negotiation?

In the Dashboard, under the Search Request tab, click Create Custom Search. Type your reference number into the search box at the top left. If you can’t find your reference, try using a space (e.g., PAM 00089). A menu will appear on the right side of the row with your watch. Select Create New Search and enter your criteria for our staff to search.

What if I can’t find a specific Reference number?

If you cannot add a specific reference number, on the bottom left menu of the dashboard there is a Feedback button. Enter your watch details and we will add it to the reference list.
